As the Siena Saints continue their postseason ride, a bit of nostalgia will be thrown in as they will host Fresno State at the Alumni Recreation Center in Game 2 of the College Basketball Invitational Championship Series on Wednesday at 7 p.m. If necessary, a potential game three would also be held on campus on Saturday at 11:30 am.

“We’re excited to have the CBI Championship decided in front of our fans,” Siena College vice president and director of athletics John D’Argenio said. “We felt the most efficient and convenient course of action from a ticketing and customer relations stand point was to host both games in the same venue. If the series goes to a third game, we would not be able to play in the Times Union Center, which we knew at the outset of the CBI.”

It’s the first time in more than 17 years Siena will play a non-exhibition men’s basketball contest on campus. Siena’s last game in the ARC was a 75-55 win over Loyola on February 18, 1997. For those fans who were around when the ARC served as the home court for Siena, they are well aware of the intense atmosphere a packed house can present. Others may be in for a real treat.

Tickets will go on-sale to Siena season ticket holders only on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Alumni Recreation Center box office. The box office will remain open until 6 p.m. Saturday and reopen Sunday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. to service season ticket holders.

Tickets for the general public will go on-sale at SienaSaints.com Sunday night at 6 p.m. Non-season ticket holders can purchase tickets at the Alumni Recreation Center Box Office Monday and Tuesday from 3 – 6 p.m. and Wednesday from 3 p.m. up until game time while supplies last. Capacity is set at 3,500.

All seating will be general admission with the exception of limited courtside seating for members of Siena’s Premium Seating Program. Tickets are priced at $36 for adults and include a $5 concession credit along with parking either on Siena’s campus or in a satellite parking area. Children under 12 are $8.

Season ticket holders will be charged for games two and three when purchasing their tickets. If game three does not happen, they will have the option to apply the money to their 2014-15 season tickets, receive a refund or donate it to Saints Alive!

Siena student tickets will go on-sale Sunday from 4-6 p.m. in the Alumni Recreation Center on campus. Siena students will receive a free ticket to game three, with the purchase of a game two ticket for $8.

The best-of-three Championship Series opens Monday night in Fresno, Calif. at 10 p.m. Eastern time.

Questions and concerns regarding tickets for the Championship Series should be directed to Siena’s Fan Relations Office at 487-2202 during traditional business hours.
