  Daniel Taylor MS, PES, CSCS Daniel Taylor is a Coach, Author, and Lecturer. He currently coaches 18 Division I sport teams at Siena and is co-author of ‘Core Training,’ Published by Human Kinetics (Release Date TBD)

September 2006- Present: Siena College

Create and execute strength programs, conditioning workouts and executing testing protocols for 18 Division I Varsity Teams.

Consistently work toward lowering the number of injuries through the use of scientifically based programs.

Work closely with Coaching staff on all team aspects varying from assessing recruits to pre-game warm-ups.

Develop winter break and summer conditioning programs for current student athletes and incoming freshman.

Oversee entire Strength Department and all administrative decisions.

Founded an internship program for young professionals to offer the ability to gain knowledge and experience.


2006-College of Saint Rose

Developed and implemented on and off-season conditioning programs for:

Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Volleyball and Baseball Teams.

Consulted with female Track and Field Athlete for off-Season strength program.


2008- present Assist New York Knicks Assistant Coach for Player Development during pre-season Training Camps.

2005- Consulted with the Albany Patroons Basketball Team (CBA).

2010-Created and Executed off-season workout programs for the Albany High School Football Team.

Published various Strength and Conditioning articles both in the USA and Australia (JASC)


Appeared on local radio and television; WPYX 106.5 Wakin’ up with the Wolf Show, WGY810 Robert Wilkow Show, 99.5 The River Morning Show, 88.3 TheSaint, 1460 Radio Disney, and Fox23News.

Trained elite level natural bodybuilders who compete in the International Bodybuilding Federations New York State Championships.

Lectured at: Siena Youth Camps, Siena Leadership Council Seminar, Capital District Lacrosse Clinics, Brian Beaury Basketball Camps at College of Saint Rose.
